Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on unopened products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Opened products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened products
• Products that are damaged after being opened
• Gift cards
• Health and personal care items, for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at info@wodtrade.com or +1 (201) 472-5754 to request a return authorization. Once authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you — simply attach it to the package and drop it off with the carrier. Include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid, trackable return shipping label for every authorized return, so you pay nothing to send an item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
